The White Russian, aka the Caucasian, is the most popular dessert drink you will be making when bartending. It’s also poured with nearly two ounces of liquor in a bucket glass so it packs quite a punch.

Always a popular drink, the White Russian has enjoyed a revived popularity boost from the cult classic film The Big Lewbowski where the main character, “the dude”, is quite fond of this lovely concoction.
