Get your mind out of the gutter…I’m talking about the Slow Screw cocktail.

Truthfully the Slow Screw is slowly going extinct. With an ingredient not seen in most bars its only a matter of time before it completely disappears.

Help it survive…learn it…pour it if you can…pass it on to a new generation.
